Motorcyclist dies in crash with box truck in Boring
CLACKAMAS COUNTY, Ore. (KPTV) - A man is dead after a crash between a motorcycle and box truck in Boring on Monday afternoon, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
Just before 3 p.m., deputies responded to a crash at the intersection of Southeast Orient Drive and Southeast Joette Drive. The sheriff’s office said it was reported that bystanders were performing CPR on the motorcyclist.
Deputies and EMS personnel arrived to the scene and took over CPR. Sadly, the motorcyclist, 40-year-old Jeremy Alexander Taylor, of Canby, did not survive.

The driver of the box truck stayed at the scene and is said to be cooperating with the investigation.
The investigation is ongoing, but the sheriff’s office says it is not believed that speed or intoxication were factors in the crash.
